Do you thrive on keeping an office running flawlessly and turning complex workflows into seamless operations? If so, NADA is looking for an Office Services Manager to join our team!
As the Office Services Manager, you’ll be the backbone of NADA’s internal operations, overseeing print and production services, office management, and daily workflows that keep our association running smoothly. From coordinating large-scale print projects and building operations to maintaining a safe, organized work environment, you’ll be a trusted partner across all departments.
This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday–Friday) with a collaborative culture, competitive salary, and excellent benefits. Duties require occasional travel (up to 5%).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all print and production services, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and reliable delivery of materials (including the 20 Group financial composite).
Serve as liaison with Westpark Corporate Center management, ensuring timely communication and smooth building operations.
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and safety/production protocols.
Conduct workflow audits, identify bottlenecks, and design streamlined processes that boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Oversee vendor relationships, manage contracts, and evaluate new printing technologies and software solutions.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance reviews for office services staff (General Support Services Clerk and Printing & Production Specialist).
Deliver strong internal customer service as the go-to contact for all office services needs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communications, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent relevant work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in print production or office/administrative management (preferably in a trade association).
Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven success in workflow optimization, process improvement, or systems design.
Strong knowledge of print production equipment, technologies, and software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with production/job-tracking systems.
Experience developing SOPs, training materials, and documentation; background supporting accounting or financial operations preferred.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and support office services equipment as needed.
