Founded in 2022, the ASNT Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT). As a separate, not-for-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization, we rely on the generosity of our industry partners and individuals who understand the importance of nondestructive testing (NDT) and its role in creating a safer world.
The ASNT Foundation has a powerful vision to inspire and empower current and future generations of NDT professionals by providing essential resources and opportunities through scholarships, grants, research, and workforce development, fostering innovation and excellence in the field of NDT.
The ASNT Foundation drives innovation in NDT through its own comprehensive research initiatives and the funding of fellowships. Our research identifies industry workforce needs and skills gaps, while our fellowships support graduate students and early-career professionals in developing modern technologies and ways to conduct inspections. Together, these efforts ensure the sustainable growth and advancement of the NDT community.
