The Credentialing Manager is responsible for the overall management of strategic leadership of the certification department in the coordination and administration of credentialing programs, test development, and recertification to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Support compliance with certification and recertification standards.
Provide direct supervision of the Credentialing Specialist responsibilities for all inquiries and correspondence related to application eligibility and the processing of certification and recertification candidates and certificants.
Provide overall support and management for HPCC committees.
Oversee the certification record and data maintenance of the organization
Represent HPCC and its portfolio of certification programs at conferences and meetings with boards, volunteer groups, professional associations, and other stakeholder groups.
Provide administrative support to effectively and efficiently achieve the goals/objectives of the business development department.
Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in nonprofit credentialing or accreditation.
Bachelors degree required. Masters preferred.
Voluntary Credentialing Certification and/or Credentialing Specialist Certificate a plus!
Strong communication skills for both in person and virtual meetings and the ability to work as part of a virtual team.
