What you'll do:
Establish workflow priorities and provides operational oversight and direction to the Education Production staff
Manage online education activities, often working collaboratively, by developing and implementing overall workflow plans; monitoring risk identification and mitigation plans; overseeing the Master Inventory and LMS SOP documentation process; and working with IT to develop and maintain all online content data and reports
Apply working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory to optimize the strategic design and delivery of RSNA online programs
Lead the development of new online course development and online education products.
Lead, develop, maintain the strategy for the online education portfolio through the Online Learning Center and EdCentral platforms.
Manage the learning management system roadmap process and serves as the primary liaison with the education vendors
Provide staff support to education-related committees and Subject Matter Expert groups as assigned
Assist in the development of budgets to assure efficient and effective use of RSNA resources in support of the RSNA’s strategic plan for education
Work closely with Director, Education in developing the strategy for growth of new online education content in alignment with the RSNA Education Strategic Plan.
In coordination with the Marketing Department, implement all marketing activities related to RSNA’s online education portfolio
Provide supervision and leadership for team members
Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Master’s Degree preferred
7 or more years of experience in educational programming/project planning, preferably in healthcare
Demonstrated ability to oversee successful delivery and/or support of online learning and enduring educational programs and activities
Comprehensive computer skills and working knowledge and experience with online course building software, authoring tool software and video production tools
Working knowledge of and experience working within Learning Management Systems
Strong knowledge of the Adult Learning Principles and ACCME/AMA guidelines
Prior experience reviewing results from assessments, evaluations, and/or surveys and preparing outcome assessment reports for key stakeholders
Comprehensive knowledge of effective best practices and national trends in online education
Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal proficiency including relationship development and management of internal and external relationships.
Demonstrated project management skills along with the ability to design educational activities which incorporates collaboration of multiple stakeholders and cross-functional work teams
Experience in financial modeling and budgeting
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including peers, direct reports, senior leadership, physician volunteers, and vendors
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff, physicians, management, executives, and a wide variety of internal and externa stakeholders
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and flexible environment
