General Function

Provides support for sections and administers Society recognition programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides support for sections including responding to daily correspondence, coding leaders in the database, and offering guidance in program administration.
• Coordinates the tracking and reporting of section compliance and health.
• Coordinates the section rebate and tax exemption processes.
• Coordinates bulk dues program, working with section requests and internal staff to ensure a smooth and timely processing.
• Provides support for districts including responding to daily correspondence and offering best practice guidance.
• Administers awards program, including promotion, process, committee review and selection, applicant communication, and recognition of awardees.
• Administers Fellows program, including promotion, process, committee review and selection, applicant communications, and recognition of Fellows.
• Provides administrative support in managing the online community.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Relationships

• ISA Staff:  Interacts with Membership Managers and Director, Marketing, social media and web teams to exchange routine information, to coordinate work, events, and plans, and to complete assigned projects.
• ISA Members: Interacts with section leaders, district leaders, and directly supports the Fellow Admissions Committee and Honors and Awards Committee.
• Outside ISA: Interacts with vendors to place routine orders and coordinate standard projects. Routine contact with sales representatives and vendors to exchange general information.

Minimum Qualifications

Some secondary education and three to five years of related experience or training. Requires good interpersonal, organizational, communication, planning, workload management, and record keeping.
