Job Overview
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service driven? The Indiana Bankers Association (IBA) is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Events & Products/Services Assistant to join our team.
The Indiana Bankers Association is a trade association that represents and advocates for Indiana’s financial institutions, providing a variety of educational, networking, and operational resources.
Key Responsibilities
Meetings & Events
Manage event registrations and member records in Association Management Software.
Serve as the primary customer service contact for event-related inquiries.
Coordinate onsite event logistics, including registration and material distribution.
Compile and distribute post-event evaluations and continuing education certificates.
Promote online class offerings through marketing, record-keeping, and reporting.
Provide technical support for Zoom webinars, including setup and live event assistance.
Assist with planning and execution of one-day events, including speaker coordination and onsite support.
Products & Services
Oversee the member directory, coordinating listings, advertisements, and distribution.
Fulfill member directory orders and manage related processes.
Coordinate marketing, administration, and distribution of the annual compensation survey.
Other Duties
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support IBA operations.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Edge). -Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic mobile device knowledge -Experience with Association Management Software preferred. -Familiarity with email marketing platforms and desktop publishing tools is a plus.

-Experience in creating marketing materials and email campaigns.
