The Academy Instructor primarily works on-site at our headquarters in Tysons, VA, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for occasional remote work. The role may require up to 20% travel and occasional evening or weekend class deliveries, which could account for 10% to 15% of the scheduled time.

The key responsibilities of the Academy Instructor include:
Engage with various Dealership Operations departments and their leadership to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Develop and deliver instructor-led training sessions, including in-person and live online classes, webinars, and workshops, ensuring adult learning principles are applied.
Utilize instructional design methodologies to create detailed lesson plans and instructional materials, fostering practical application of knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends and maintain expertise through self-development and dealership consultations.
Recruit participants for our programs and contribute to ongoing program enhancements and curriculum development.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience, OR equivalent amount of relevant training or experience required.
Strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Proficiency in automotive dealership operations; familiarity with digital marketing and technology is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new technologies.
Fixed Operations background (Parts and/or Service and Collision) background preferred for this position.
